Vacant lots, infill sites, and larger tracts in Maryland. Land is where people get caught out, so I handle the title research, the plat, and the zoning questions first — you'll know what can actually be built there before you commit a dollar.

Vehicle sales, and sourcing when you're after something specific. Every car comes with the mileage, the title status, and the condition notes up front — including whatever's wrong with it. You should hear about the scratch from me, not find it yourself.

The name
Four words the company is named after, and what each one actually means when you're working with me.
Before anything gets listed, bought, or signed, we work out what you need the deal to do for you. The plan comes before the paperwork, and it's your plan, not mine.
Nothing goes out under this name that I wouldn't put my own family in. That standard applies the same to a rowhome, a parcel, and a used car.
One point of contact who knows your file. You won't get passed between people who each have to be brought up to speed before anything moves.
A date I give you is a date I keep — or you hear from me before it passes, not after. Follow-through is the entire business.
I started SQUE Ventures because I kept watching people get moved through transactions nobody had explained to them. A house sale where the fees showed up at the table. A lot that couldn't be built on. A car deal where the real terms arrived last.
The name is the method — Strategy, Quality, Unity, Execution. It's how I was raised to work: faith, family, and doing what you said you'd do, on the day you said you'd do it. That's not marketing language. It's the reason the business is built the way it is.
